Who we are
This policy explains how VSENK collects, uses and shares personal information. VSENK is a brand of MM Rahman LLC ("VSENK", "we", "us"), based in Clermont, FL 34711, USA. Our delivery team works from Dhaka, Bangladesh. We work with Amazon-led brands in the United States and Canada.
The policy covers this website, vsenk.com (the "site"), and the personal information we handle when you contact us or work with us. It does not cover the sites and apps of other companies, including Amazon, Shopify and the other platforms we connect to. Their own policies apply there.
Send questions about this policy, or about your information, to hello@vsenk.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
- The booking form. When you request an audit on our booking page, we collect your name, work email, company or brand, website or storefront, role, revenue band, Amazon marketplaces, how you fulfill orders, your other sales channels, your warehouse setup, your accounting system, your biggest manual task and any details you add, the hours a week you spend on manual work, the modules, plan and sourcing help you are interested in, and your consent for us to contact you. Your answers reach us through a form-processing provider, or by email if you send them from your own email app.
- Email and calls. When you email us or speak with us, we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to share. We may keep notes of our calls.
- Agreements and invoices. When you become a client, we collect the business contact and billing details we need for the services agreement and for invoices. Payment happens outside the site, by invoice under that agreement. We do not collect card or bank details on the site.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request.
- No tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are hosted with the site, so loading a page does not call a third-party font service. The section on cookies and browser storage lists the little the site stores in your own browser.
Information from your business systems (clients only)
During an audit, a build or Managed Ops, you authorize us to connect to systems such as Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads, Shopify, Walmart, eBay or Etsy, your warehouse or 3PL, and QuickBooks or Xero. Most of this is business data, such as SKUs, orders, stock levels, settlements and purchase orders. It can include personal information, such as a buyer's name and shipping address on an FBM order, or a contact at one of your suppliers. The section on Amazon and other client data explains how we handle it.
How we use it
We use personal information to:
- reply to your request and arrange a call;
- prepare for that call, for example by looking at your website or storefront, and decide together whether we are a good fit;
- scope, price and deliver the audit, build or Managed Ops service you sign up for;
- send invoices and manage our relationship with you;
- run, secure and fix the site, for example to block abuse or find the cause of an error;
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and enforce our agreements.
We use it only for these purposes, or for a purpose we tell you about and, where the law requires, ask your consent for first.
Consent and Canadian privacy law
If you are in Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and similar provincial laws apply to how we handle your personal information. In plain terms:
- Consent. We collect, use and share your personal information with your consent, for the purposes in this policy. You give it when you tick the consent box on the booking form, email us or sign a services agreement. Some uses follow from what you asked for, such as replying to your email.
- Only what we need. We collect the information we need for those purposes and no more.
- Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@vsenk.com, subject to legal or contract limits. If you do, we may not be able to provide some services.
- Access and correction. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. See your rights and choices.
- Outside Canada. Your information is stored and handled outside Canada, including in the United States and Bangladesh. While it is there, the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of those countries may be able to access it.
- Complaints. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers. Companies that provide services to us and handle information on our behalf: our web host, Vercel; the form-processing provider or email provider that receives booking requests; and, for client work, the hosting, software and AI providers that run the automations.
- The systems you connect. When you ask us to, we pass information between your own systems, for example sending tracking numbers back to Amazon, or a purchase order to your supplier after you approve it.
- Legal requirements. When the law requires it, such as a valid court order or subpoena, or when we need to protect our rights, our clients or the safety of any person.
- Business transfers. If VSENK or MM Rahman LLC is part of a merger, sale or reorganization, personal information may be transferred as part of that deal. This policy will continue to apply to it.
- With your consent. In any other case, only if you agree.
Amazon and other client data
- Official APIs only. We connect to Amazon only through Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Ads API, with permissions you grant. We never scrape Amazon, never automate Seller Central in a browser and never ask for your Seller Central password.
- Read-only audits. The Ops Leak Audit runs on read-only access. Write access is added one action at a time, during a build, where a workflow needs it.
- You can switch us off. You can revoke our access at any time from your own accounts. Our Security page shows how, system by system.
- Buyer personal data. We request Amazon buyer data, such as names and addresses, only through Amazon's restricted data process, and only where a workflow cannot run without it, such as FBM order routing. We handle it under Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Everything else. All data from your business systems, from Amazon or anywhere else, is handled under your services agreement, the NDA we sign before we see any data, and our written data policy. The Security and data page has the details.
If we hold your information because you bought from, or work with, one of our clients, we handle it on that client's behalf. The client is usually the right place to send a request about it. If you write to us, we will pass your request on to them.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a few things in your own browser so pages work as you expect:
- After you send the booking form, your browser keeps your name, company, chosen modules and biggest task in session storage, so the thank-you page can greet you. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
- On the thank-you page, the prep checklist remembers which items you ticked in your browser's local storage, so your ticks are still there when you come back. You can clear it in your browser settings.
- The pricing package builder keeps your choices in the page address (URL), so you can bookmark or share a package. If you go on to the booking form, those choices fill it in for you.
Nothing in this browser storage is sent to us on its own. Because there is no tracking to opt out of, browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not change how the site works.
International transfers
MM Rahman LLC is based in the United States. Our service providers, including our web host, are based in the United States, and our delivery team works from Dhaka, Bangladesh. So your information may be stored in the United States and accessed by our team in Bangladesh. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. We handle your information as this policy describes, wherever it is.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the information we hold. For client data, we sign an NDA before we see anything, and only the people assigned to your account can access it. Our Security and data page explains how we connect to your systems, what we can and cannot touch, and how you can revoke access.
No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise that it will never be accessed without permission. If you think your information with us is at risk, email hello@vsenk.com right away.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, then we delete it. That purpose can include meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements and resolving disputes. Server logs are kept by our web host under its own settings. For client data, your services agreement and our written data policy set how long we keep it and when we delete it.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Access: tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct: fix information that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete: delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason or to complete an agreement with you.
- Opt out: stop contacting you, or stop using your information for a purpose you consented to.
US state privacy laws
Some US states, such as California, give residents specific rights over their personal information, including the rights to know, correct and delete it and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Where those laws apply to us, we honor these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
How to make a request
Email hello@vsenk.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, usually by replying to the email address we have for you. You can also ask someone to make a request for you. If you do, we may ask for proof that they are acting for you. We will answer within the time the law that applies to you requires. If we cannot do what you ask, we will tell you why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer.
Children
The site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email hello@vsenk.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly at the top of this page.
